Hello, before I retun your product can you tell me if there is anything that I can do to get the module to work?

@David- That error message is one of our most generic error messages and doesn't tell me exactly what would need to be done, but there are four main reasons why it would fail to connect. Here are the four main reasons. 1: If your network has a password, you may have typed the password in incorrectly. 2: This device uses 802.11 B to connect, you will need to be broadcasting in a mixed mode that includes 802.11 B 3: You will need DCHP enabled on your router. 4: You will need to have MAC address filtering off on your router. These router settings can be changed by you. If you need assistance in changing these settings, you will need to refer to the owners manual of your router, or, contact your internet service provider. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hey I get same problem, I'm trying to connect through my iPhone Personal Hotspot?
i have gone to my internet service provider - they are not the problem. None of these issues apply. I am getting seriously upset by this message as it has been months since I have been able to use the machine properly - I am in Australia and MST in US is the middle of the night. I am trying to get support via email - but I barely get responses. This is seriously not acceptable that a product is being sold in australia that is not getting proper support. I am not getting what I paid for here.
