I can create a workout on the website but it won't save.

After I create a new map based workout and hit save I wait 15-20 minutes and the workout doesn't seem to save.

Just experienced same issue. Try the Beta version of ifit, be sure to schedule a workout date and your map will save.

Hi there! I am having the same issue of the workout not saving. I don't see the beta tab, so I assume that the live version of the site was the beta.  I have tried both Chrom and Internet Explorer. Can I get some assistance with this issue?

I am having the same problem. But it appears to be related to the time of the workout.  I am trying this with the Chrome browser, the Firefox browser, and also the IE browser with the exact same results. I can set up a workout with a distance of approximately 3.60 to 3.70 miles and it will save.  Check out this workout link (if  this allows posting the link).

As soon as the distance traveled increases beyond that distance, it will not save. It hangs up and says 'Saving workout..." indefinitely.  This exact same thing happened on Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I created this same route and attempted to save it repeatedly on all three browsers with the same effect.  Well, isn't that odd?

Correction to my above statement. In the  second sentence, it should say, "But it appears to be related to the distance of the workout"  (not the time of the workout).  Thanks.

Having the same problem. It will let me schedule past workouts that I have created.

Apparently this needs some votes to be considered for an answer from iFit. See James Moore's original comment from November 14, 2013.  If you have commented here, please add a vote for this thread to be answered by iFit.  Thanks!

BTW, It seems the beta site is now the Alpa site. I don't have any other options and it hasn't been working since the 20th for me.

Correct, beta is now the full build of ifit site. However, once again if it is having software and server issues. If you check ifit's community you'll see everyone is experiencing the issue. Keep trying is about all we can do.

We pushed a patch earlier this afternoon. You should have no issues creating/logging workouts. Thank you.
