How does the subscription work?

You'll be billed once a month and receive one shipment every month. Each shipment includes two bags.

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed when you sign up, then once every 30 days.

Can I skip a month of shipments if I haven’t finished my supply yet?

Yes! You can always choose to skip a month. Simply log in to your account and adjust your settings. For specific instructions, click here

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, of course! You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription from your settings. For specific instructions, click here. If you want to slow your shipments down without canceling, you can also choose to skip a month of shipments.

What’s your return policy?

If you don't love Nourish within 30 days, we'll refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). No questions asked! And don't worry about shipping it back to us either. It's yours to keep or get rid of.

NOTE: Our return policy only applies to the first month of your subscription.
