How do I skip a month of delivery?

  1. Log in to your Nourish account.
  2. Click My Account in the top, right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the shipment calendar. On any given month, select Skip, and that month’s shipment will be skipped.

NOTE: You will not be billed for months that are skipped. If you need to skip a month, you must do so before you are billed for that month.

How do I change my shipping address?

  1. Log in to your Nourish account.
  2. Click My Account in the top, right corner.
  3. Scroll down, then click Update Address.
  4. Enter your new shipping information, then click Update to save.

How do I update my billing info?

  1. Log in to your Nourish account.  
  2. Click My Account in the top, right corner.
  3. Scroll down, then click View/Edit Credit Card. A message will pop up, then click Update Card Info.
  4. Enter your new credit card information, then click Save.

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Log in to your Nourish account.
  2. Click My Account in the top, right corner.
  3. Scroll down, then click Cancel Subscription.
  4. A message will pop up asking you to verify that you’d like to cancel your subscription. Click OK if you’re sure you want to cancel.
