How do I skip a month of delivery?
- Log in to your Nourish account.
- Click My Account in the top, right corner.
- Scroll down to the shipment calendar. On any given month, select Skip, and that month’s shipment will be skipped.
NOTE: You will not be billed for months that are skipped. If you need to skip a month, you must do so before you are billed for that month.
How do I change my shipping address?
- Log in to your Nourish account.
- Click My Account in the top, right corner.
- Scroll down, then click Update Address.
- Enter your new shipping information, then click Update to save.
How do I update my billing info?
- Log in to your Nourish account.
- Click My Account in the top, right corner.
- Scroll down, then click View/Edit Credit Card. A message will pop up, then click Update Card Info.
- Enter your new credit card information, then click Save.
How do I cancel my membership?
- Log in to your Nourish account.
- Click My Account in the top, right corner.
- Scroll down, then click Cancel Subscription.
- A message will pop up asking you to verify that you’d like to cancel your subscription. Click OK if you’re sure you want to cancel.
