IMPORTANT NOTE: If your machine has WiFi Capabilities (even though it may also have Bluetooth), the instructions below do not apply to your machine. These instructions are for machines that only have Bluetooth and no WiFi capabilities at all.
Some Bluetooth exercise machines require activation before you can use them. The console of your equipment seem dead on arrival, but it actually requires simple activation.
The screen of the console on your equipment may have a decal attached, as shown in the screen shot below.
As described in the screen shot above, simply go to ifit.com/activate and click "Get Started" to continue the steps for activating your console. You will be asked to enter your email address before you activate the console. If you do not have an email address or access to the internet, continue reading through the remainder of this article for instructions on activating your console without the internet.
My machine is telling me to go to ifit.com/activate, but I do not have a computer or the Internet! What do I do?
If you do not have access to the Internet, you can still activate and use your machine. Simply find the Bluetooth button on your console (see the image below for examples), and press and hold it for 15 full seconds. Your machine is now activated!
