This application is available on our Bluetooth compatible machines. This means that your machine will connect to your iFit account, by connecting to your Tablet or iPad using Bluetooth, which is already connected to the WiFi!
When you first download the application, you will first sign in using your preexisting username and password. You are also able to use your email as your username. You will tap on the Log In button on the left.
You will then be asked to select your equipment:
It will list all of the available machines in your area on your tablet screen. Most likely, you will see only one. On the display of your equipment screen, you will see a 4 digit code. If you do not see this code, you can tap and hold on your Bluetooth button for no more than 2 seconds and that code will appear on your equipment screen. Go ahead and tap on your matching piece of equipment. You will notice at the bottom of the screen, it does confirm that you have your tablet and equipment powered on, and also your Bluetooth needs to be on.
NOTE: If you are using an Android Tablet, next to the equipment options, it may show that 4 digit code, along with a %. This does not need to be 100% to connect. This percentage isnt important, so please continue by tapping on your equipment.
You will then see one of three pages. The first, is great! This means that it is on its way to connect!
If you see the page below, this means that unfortunately the tablet or iPad that you are using is not compatible with this Application, or possibly your firmware is not on the latest version! You will be able to click on the link to download the older version of this App. Please note, you will need to delete the current App before downloading the older version, or it may cause syncing issues.
The third image, shown below, says that there may be a connection error. The tips are listed on the page, which are to turn the Bluetooth off and back on, confirm that your machine is still turned on, and press the iFit button on your machine to see the identifier code, to confirm that the correct machine is chosen. Go ahead and check those settings and retry.
Finally, you should see this image, which means that you are connected and ready to go!
