Exercise
How do I log my Exercise?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Exercise."
- Enter a title for your exercise.
- Enter the start and end times.
- Select the type of exercise you completed.
- Enter the distance (optional) and calories burned (optional).
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
Food
HOW DO I LOG MY FOOD?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition."
- Under "My Foods," search the iFit database for the food you ate.
- Select the food item from the options provided.
- If desired, adjust the measurement, servings consumed, meal type, and date.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
HOW DO I SCAN A FOOD ITEM'S BARCODE?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition."
- From "My Foods," tap the barcode icon in the top right corner.
- Scan your food item's barcode. If your item is in our database, you'll see a nutritional summary.
- If desired, adjust the measurement, servings consumed, meal type, and date.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
Note: If the food item's barcode is not recognized, you will need to manually log the food item.
HOW DO I QUICK LOG CALORIES?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition".
- Select the Nutrition screen, tap the Quick Log tab.
- Enter in the number of calories consumed, select your meal type, and date.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
Sleep
HOW DO I LOG MY SLEEP?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Sleep."
- From there, enter your start and end times.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
Weight
HOW DO I LOG MY WEIGHT?
- From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Weight."
- From there, tap the first row to select the date and time.
- Tap the second row to enter your current weight.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
