Exercise

How do I log my Exercise?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Exercise."
  2. Enter a title for your exercise.
  3. Enter the start and end times.
  4. Select the type of exercise you completed. 
  5. Enter the distance (optional) and calories burned (optional).
  6. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.

Food

HOW DO I LOG MY FOOD?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition."
  2. Under "My Foods," search the iFit database for the food you ate.
  3. Select the food item from the options provided. 
  4. If desired, adjust the measurement, servings consumed, meal type, and date.
  5. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.

HOW DO I SCAN A FOOD ITEM'S BARCODE?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition."
  2. From "My Foods," tap the barcode icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scan your food item's barcode. If your item is in our database, you'll see a nutritional summary.
  4. If desired, adjust the measurement, servings consumed, meal type, and date.
  5. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.

Note: If the food item's barcode is not recognized, you will need to manually log the food item. 

 

HOW DO I QUICK LOG CALORIES?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Nutrition".
  2. Select the Nutrition screen, tap the Quick Log tab.
  3. Enter in the number of calories consumed, select your meal type, and date.
  4. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.

Sleep

HOW DO I LOG MY SLEEP?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Sleep."
  2. From there, enter your start and end times.
  3. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.

Weight

HOW DO I LOG MY WEIGHT?

  1. From your "Home" screen, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select "Weight."
  2. From there, tap the first row to select the date and time.
  3. Tap the second row to enter your current weight.
  4. Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
