If you have noticed data being doubled (i.e. steps, distance, calories) on your ifit account as well as on your mobile Coach Application it may be due to your wearable device and machine sending data after a workout has been performed.
The wristband and machine are both sending data to your iFit account, in order to stop this you have a couple of options:
- Do NOT wear your wristband while working out on your exercise equipment, take it off before and put it back on after.
- Manually turn your device into workout mode before working out so that your two devices are on the same page and communicating.
(This is applies for every device except the classic which does not have a workout mode)
