Matt - please HELP!!!!!!!  I have a 2950 with no available firmware updates, and street view continues to freeze.  I have attempted to follow the instructions above, however the download never completes.  I now have 4 little download symbols in the upper left hand corner of my browser that I do not know how to get rid of.

I have been following this thread for a few months now and was hopeful that the last firmware update would fix things.  Street view still froze, but only when I repeated old workouts.  I created a new map-based workout and it seemed to be working.  I thought the problem was solved.

    But....no such luck!

Those maps eventually froze too - I generally get no more than a mile or 2 into them.

    2 observations:

    1.  If I repeat an old workout, street view freezes in the exact same place EVERY time.

    2.  Street view does NOT freeze when I use the workout of the day, when I am NOT logged in.  So, being logged in seems to have an impact.

Please help Matt!!  This is super disappointing and I really am relying on street view to work - it was one of the main reasons I bought this particular treadmill.

I have a NordicTrack elite 5700, and this did not work. The unit is brand new and just says loading map and never does. If I go on my computer it shows up but not on the unit????

@Cstonge: Did you complete all the steps? Could you go into the maintenance mode of the machine and reply with your app version?

@Tina: Hope everything is working great for you now!

@Cstonge: Could you please follow step 1 and 2, then when you are at the blue screen, press the button on the right of the screen that looks like a grid of boxes. When the list of the apps show up, select the iFit Recovery app and run it again. The app should update to 2.0 when you have run through the tool again.

I am having the same problems with the

I have been having the same problems as everyone with the Legacy 2.8.10. I have a Freemotion 770 and the only thing I can do is a manual workout. If I schedule the daily workout, it downloads the workout data, but that is it. The programmers were to meet with the support staff last week, but bailed. It seems like the programmers don't care about the people with that version of the firmware. I have been in contact with support for quite some time now and have gotten nowhere.

I just tied to update my centennial tdf with the March 31 update. It gets to 22 of 30 and then instantly fails with the message, "template not found." Then it tries again and again failing each time. I used the recovery app based on the instructions referred to on this page, but to no avail. I have turned off the power for 20 seconds and back on, but still to no avail.

Eric: Try disconnecting from your WIFI, and reconnecting. Sometimes, your time can be off after multiple power downs. If you still run into issues with that, let me know. We can talk on the phone and get it resolved.

@Eric Barnes: We found the issue and resolved it. You shouldn't have any issue going forward with the update. Thanks for the detailed comment.

@Kevin: This is a website issue that is currently being worked on. It is our que server that is displaying the workouts in descending order. If you select the top workout in your list, it will be the correct workout for the category. I will update you when we have a resolution on this. Thanks.

Matt, please help!! I've bought a Freemotion 775 a week ago. Everything works fine: i can draw maps, download them to the machine, etc...but the street view shows the first picture, and when it shows the second one, it returns to the first one and keeps flashing between the 2 "moments". And thats it: the street view tilts, and shows only flashes of the first and second images.

I have a good internet connection (10 mb), and I downloaded the latest firmware update (app version 2.0). I tried with this link, followed step by step successfully, but nothing changed.

Pls help...the street view is the reason i bought this treadmill.

    Thanks.

@Mauro: Please go to the maintenance mode and check for a firmware update. Your machine should have an update to get you to 2.2. You provided me with your model name, could you look in your owners manual for the model number? I can then verify what the latest version of software is. Did you get through each step successfully? Is your machine set to Spanish language?
