In some cases, we have noticed new users that aren't noticing any sleep stats for the iFit Active Band. Here is how to remedy that.
This article will cover how to effectively utilize and manage the Sleep feature of your Active band. Sleep is an integral part of your life and critical for a healthy-fit body.
Getting to Your Sleep Settings
Launch your iFit Track app on your device/phone. Press the three lines button to open the Side Menu. From the side menu, press the gear in the bottom right to enter the 'Settings' mode.
Select the 'Sleep option' to change your sleep settings.
To adjust your Sleep settings, you will need to enable 'Auto Sleep Mode'. Auto Sleep Mode is a feature that enables your device to act as a tracker to help notify you when to go to bed, wake up, alarm, and your Smart Sleep Window.
The Alarm will buzz your device when it is time to wake up. It will also buzz you when it's time for bed.
The Smart Sleep Window sets a window of time that your device will start to detect movement and if you are inside the 15+ minute window, the device will wake you up.
