Syncing your Device


How do I sync my iFit Active device with the iFit Track app?

After you sync your device to the app the first time, just pull down to sync on the Dashboard whenever you want to refresh and sync the app. Be sure to have Bluetooth turned on, on both your phone and your iFit Active device when syncing.

When should I sync the device?

You will want to sync your device regularly to keep your stats updated. You will also need to sync your device any time you make changes to your settings from the app.

 What is the warranty?

"ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. (ICON) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions. Parts are warranted for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of purchase." 


 The iFit Active is warrantied for one year from your date of purchase. If there is a manufacture defect with your device, contact our support via email or chat, and get the device fixed for free. This is a limited warranty and will not cover any lost or personally damaged devices. We currently do not offer any extended warranties. Contact our support team for any specific questions in regards to your personal use. 

Do you offer an extended warranty?

No, there is not an extended warranty for the iFit Active device.


Charging and Maintenance 


Is the device waterproof?

iFit Active is water resistant. It is rated for 1 meter depth of water for 30 minutes. It is safe to shower with and do other daily tasks.

Do I need to have the pod taken out to charge the device?

No, you can charge your device with the pod still in your wristband or clip.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts about 5 days. The device should be shipped fully charged.

How long does it take to charge the device?

From a dead battery, it will take about 5-7 hours to fully charge.

How do I tell how much battery life I have left?

Press the top button once to view the battery level. If your device is asleep, press the top button once to show the time, then again to show the battery level.

How should I clean the device?

The device is treated with a material to make it harder to scratch and dirty. Use a small washcloth with warm water to rinse the band and clip off. 

My battery died. Does that cause any damage?

No. Your battery will be just fine, but when your device runs out of charge, Bluetooth is turned off on the device. When you charge it, be sure to turn Bluetooth back on and sync it with the app.




What phones/tablets are the device compatible with?

iPhone 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, and above. iPad 3 and above. iTouch 5th gen, and above.  Android 4.3+ with Bluetooth 4.0BLE required. The device uses BLE Bluetooth technology.
