The new iFit Dashboard page offers additional statistics, a more personalized view, and new features to enhance your experience. Here’s what’s new:
Pick what stats you want to view from the following categories: Nutrition, Activity, Sleep, and Goals. Just click the category icons to go to your stats, and select which ones you’d like displayed on your Dashboard.
Here are the different categories you can select from.
NutritionView your calories consumed, calories burned, and net calories. You can also log your nutrition by clicking the "Log Nutrition" button. The stat highlighted will be what’s shown on your Dashboard.
View in-depth data of your different stages of sleep, and keep track of all of your important sleep data. All of your data from your iFit Active transfers to the Dashboard. You can also log sleep from here by clicking the "Log Sleep" button. The stat highlighted will be what’s shown on your Dashboard.
We’ve increased the number of goals you can set, and also made a better experience for you to track your progress. You can set goals by selecting the "Set Goals" button. The stat highlighted will be what’s shown on your Dashboard.
ActivityView all of your activity stats including distance, elevation, average workout time, steps, and more. Select the "Log Workout" button to log workouts. The stat highlighted will be what’s shown on your Dashboard.
