If your VUE touch buttons and screens aren't working, or if it won't charge or sync, try a hard reset to reboot. This will erase all of the information on your VUE. Any stats synced before the hard reset will be saved on the app.
Follow these steps.
- From the Time and Date screen, double tap to get to your Battery screen.
- Single tap to get to the Version screen.
- Hold the square button for 7 seconds.
- The words iFit Vue will appear.
- Just like that you're reset!
