You can log a workout in the iFit Track app to sync your workout data to your iFit account and iFit Link. With many different activities to choose from, you can always get credit for your workout. Here is how:
- Open the iFit Track app.
- From the dashboard, press the steps category.
- Tap the Running man icon in the center of the screen.
- Enter in your workout information like what activity you did, when you did it, and duration.
- Press the Check-Mark in the top right hand corner of the confirm.
The iFit Link will need to then sync to update your pod with the correct stats after logging your workout.
