How do I change from the primary user to the secondary user?
Use the arrow keys on your console to select different users. If you don’t have these arrows, refer to your owners manual for instructions that are unique to your machine.
How do I know my module is connected so that I can start my workout?
Make sure the LED light is solid green. If your light is not solid green, refer to this article here on understanding what each color means.
Why does my machine say “Connection Timed Out” when I try to download a workout?
That means the module dropped the internet connection for a second. Try downloading the workout again, or take your module out and re-insert it. Then wait for the light to turn solid green.
How do I download a workout?
Verify you have workouts scheduled on ifit.com for the day you want to do a workout. If you don’t, there is a default Map of the Day workout when you press the “Maps” button. If you have any workouts in your history, you can find those by pressing the “Track” button. Also, you can create a Set a Goal workout by pressing the “Set a Goal” button. Go to www.ifit.com to join programs and schedule workouts.
What do I do if there is no LED light? It’s completely black.
Make sure your module is fully inserted. Wait about 30 seconds. If it’s still black, pull the safety key out and replace it. If that doesn’t work, take the module out and put it back in. If that still doesn’t work, reboot your machine.
What does a flashing green light mean?
That means your module isn’t fully connected yet, but communicating with the router.
What do I do if my LED light is red and it won’t turn green?
Take your module out and re-insert it.
Is it necessary to leave the module in the machine after my workout is finished?
We recommend leaving the module inserted in your machine at all times.
How do I get Google Street View of my workouts?
When a workout is in progress, go to www.ifit.com on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, and select the “LIVE WORKOUT” option when the blue banner appears.
Do I need to set up my module with a computer or device that has Wi-Fi?
Yes. The device that you use to initially set up your module has to have Wi-Fi capabilities.
What’s the difference between the 2015 version of the Wi-Fi module and the earlier version?
Both devices perform very similar functions. The 2015 version connects using 802.11 B/G/N and adds functionality to be controlled by the iFit app for iOS and Android.
If I have the older version of the module, will my machine still work?
Yes. You do not need to upgrade to the 2015 version to continue using iFit on your machine.
How many additional users can I have linked to my Premium membership, and how do I add them?
Your Premium membership allows you to add up to 3 additional users to your account. Each user’s account is entirely unique to them and they can utilize every feature iFit offers.
