Before you start a workout on your machine, verify these three things:
1. Make sure your machine is connected to your home Wi-Fi network (not a guest network). Locate the Wi-Fi icon in the bottom right corner of your console’s start screen. If the bars are green, that means you have an internet connection. If they are gray, click here for instructions on how to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
2. Make sure you're logged in. If you’re already logged in, then you’ll see your username at the bottom of the screen. If you’re not, then you’ll see Login.
3. Add workouts to your schedule on iFit.com. Click here to learn more about how to schedule workouts.
Once you’ve completed steps 1–3, you’re ready to download a workout.
From the main screen of your console, tap the button that correlates with the type of workout that you scheduled. For example, access a map workout by tapping the Map button, or access a Jillian Michaels workout by tapping the Lose Weight button.
Next, you’ll see the workouts that you’ve scheduled. Simply select a workout to start.
Make sure you don’t schedule too many workouts at once. Your machine may experience issues or not function correctly by doing so. These issues may include logging you off when tapping the Map button, looping (when two screens won’t stop switching back and forth), or the app force closing when trying to download.
