How much does it cost?
To use iFit on your iFit Compatible or Enabled machines, you can either pay $15.00 monthly or $144.00 for a year.
How do I check my order?

How do I change my email on iFit.com?
Your personal information can be changed in your settings on iFit.com. You will have the ability to also change your password here as well.
How many users can I have on my account?
You can add three additional users to your primary account for a total of four users. To learn how to add additional users, click here.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in your settings. To access settings click your name, settings, settings and then 'change password'. If you forgot your password you will click 'forgot password' from the 'Sign In" page on ifit.com.
How do I sign up for an account?
You will sign up on ifit.com by selecting 'sign up' in the top right corner. Fill out your personal information and enter the activation code if you were provided with one. If you have not purchased an ifit account you can also do that at this point as well.
How do I add my equipment to my equipment settings on ifit.com?
When you connect and download your first workout, your machine will then be added automatically to your account.
How and why do I schedule workouts?
You will need to download workouts from iFit to your machine. First you will find workouts or create them. Then they need to be scheduled. Click here to learn more about scheduling workouts.
How do I change my schedule settings?
You can adjust the settings in your calendar to better suit you. Click here to learn more about adjusting you settings.
Can I log a workout that I ran while on vacation?
Yes, you can log many things such as your weight, nutrition, sleep and workouts. Click here to see how to log your workout.
How do I get a refund for my membership/get billing questions answered?
If you have any questions regarding you Membership renewing, refunds or billing issues. You will need to speak with our Billing and Returns Dept. They are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, MST. The number is 866-896-9777. You can also email them at email@example.com.
Depending on the time of year, you may experience longer than usual wait time when calling or emailing them.
