How much does an iFit Membership Cost?
Below are pricing options for iFit Coach memberships:
iFit Coach Family/Multiple User Plan (Up to four additional users)
- Multiple User 1 year subscription $396
- Multiple User 2 year subscription $792
- Multiple User 3 year subscription $1188
- Multiple User monthly subscription $39/month (contracted for 12 months)
iFit Coach Single User Plan -
- Single User 1 yer subscription: $180
- Single User 2 year subscription: $360
- Single User 3 year subscription: $540
Non-Equipment Plan (for use with wearable iFIT devices) - $96/year or $8/Month
A year subscription will also include an iFIT VUE or you can upgrade to the AXIS HR for $40.

How do I track my order?

How do I change my email on iFit.com?
Your personal information can be changed in your settings on iFit.com. You will have the ability to also change your password here as well.
How many users can I have on my Coach Family account?
You can add three additional users to your Coach Family account for a total of four users. Individual Coach accounts are unable to add secondary users. To learn how to add additional users, click here.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in your settings. To access settings click your name, settings, settings and then 'change password'. If you forgot your password you will click 'forgot password' from the 'Sign In" page on ifit.com.
How do I sign up for an account?
You will sign up at ifit.com by selecting Join/Login in the top right corner of the page. Fill out your personal information and enter the activation code. If you do not have an activation code, you may purchase a membership during the registration process.
How do I add my equipment to my equipment settings on ifit.com?
When you connect and download your first workout, your machine will then be added automatically to your account.
How and why do I schedule workouts?
You will need to download workouts from iFit to your machine. First, you will find workouts or create them. Then they need to be scheduled. Click here to learn more about scheduling workouts.

Can I log a workout that I ran while on vacation?
