*iPhone 4S and above, Android 4.0 or higher with Bluetooth 4.0 is required.
Check Your Battery
Your Classic’s battery life can be found on the dashboard of the app or if you go to your app settings, select, “Advanced”, then select “Device”. If you are below 15% be sure to charge your battery to avoid any loss of data from the battery completely depleting.
Check Your Bluetooth Settings
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings.( Be sure that you are not attempting to sync your Classic via the Bluetooth menu of your device.
Your Classic and your phone need to be near each other. Keep the Classic near the device you are syncing with.
Unlink the Classic by going to app settings, select, “Advanced”, then select “Device”. Hit Unlink Device. Next, attempt to sync your watch.
Restart Your Phone
Power your phone off and on, then power it back on. Relaunch Track App and try syncing again. Open the iFit app, and your Classic should sync automatically.
Still Not Working?
Make sure you’ve updated the latest version of iOS for iPhone or OS for Android on your phone. If your stats are still not syncing, try a Hard Reset on your Classic.
