After setting up the Wi-Fi on your machine it will give you a token.
You may find that by going to ifit.com/connect and entering the provided token gives you an error.
First thing to try, you will press the down arrow and then navigate back to ifit user setup to retrieve a new token. Then enter the token on the website.
To resolve the issue of having an "invalid token" error you will want to do the following:
1. Powercycle the machine.
2. Go into settings once the Wi-Fi bars on the machine are solid white and not blinking. (see the above picture)
3. Scroll down by pressing the down or decrease button until you see "Connect to iFit account" and press enter.
4. You will then be given another token and instructed on the screen to enter the token at the above address.
If you still receive the "invalid token" error, try a different Browser. If you are using Google Chrome go into settings clear cache and cookies dating to the "beginning of time".
Once you have done this follow the steps above.
It is important to note that the tokens have a time limit of which they remain valid. To make certain it is not this issue, be logged in on ifit and have the ifit.com/connect page open and ready to enter the Token.
