iFit has a few different apps for various products. To maximize your iFit experience, make sure you're using the right app.
iFit Bluetooth® Tablet App
If you own a piece of Bluetooth® enabled fitness equipment, you’ll need to download the iFit Bluetooth® Tablet app. You can find it in the App Store or Google Play, and it will look like this:
Once synced to your machine, the app gives you access to easy stat tracking, map drawing, hundreds of fitness programs, and Google Maps™ workouts—right from your own personal tablet. With the app, you'll also be able to watch Street View images of your workouts and control your machine settings, including speed and incline.
Your console should look similar to the consoles below. However, please refer to your user's manual to verify your machine type.
NOTE: All fitness equipment has built-in Bluetooth® in order to connect a heart rate monitor, but not all fitness equipment is Bluetooth® enabled.
If you have a Bluetooth® enabled machine, your user's manual will have something similar to the image below. Since some manuals were printed before the app was released, they don't refer to the app by name.
NOTE: An iFit Coach membership is required to use the iFit Bluetooth® Tablet app.
iFit Coach App
If you have an iFit Coach membership, regardless if you own a wearable or piece of fitness equipment, you’ll need to download the iFit Coach app. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play, and it will look like this:
It gives you quick and easy access to your membership right on your phone. It's also where you'll receive personalized workouts, calorie targets, and activity and sleep tips.
NOTE: An iFit Coach membership is not required to use the iFit Coach app. However, that means you'll only be able to track your steps and activity. You won't receive any personalized recommendations with a free account.
iFit Sleep App
If you own a NordicTrack Sleep mattress or iFit Sleep HR sensor, you’ll need to download the iFit Sleep app. You can find it in the App Store or Google Play, and it will look like this:
The app collects your sleep data (from either the mattress or sensor), then shows you in-depth, easy-to-read analytics about your sleep patterns. It even gives you insight on how you can improve your sleep.
Your sensor should look like the image below on the right.
NOTE: An iFit Coach membership is not required to use the iFit Sleep app.
Altra iQ App
If you own a pair of Altra iQ shoes, you'll need to download the Altra iQ app. You can find it in the App Store or Google Play, and it will look like this:
Once paired with your shoes, the app will collect important data while you’re running, like your landing zone, cadence, impact rate, and contact time, then show you those stats in real-time. The app also provides live coaching to help you improve your technique and running form.

You can find the RockMyRun app on fitness equipment with a 7-inch or 11-inch tablet built in, or you can simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play. It will look like this:
RockMyRun houses thousands of remixes, all created by professional DJs. And they’re not just any remixes. They’ve been uniquely built to maximize performance and increase enjoyment while you exercise—keeping you motivated from start to finish.
You can personalize each mix to your ideal steps per minute, heart rate, or cadence, so that you only hear songs with tempos that match your settings.
