- From the Date/Time Screen Press and HOLD the Upper button for 3 seconds. From here, you can add Calories in increments of +50 up to a total of 2000 calories by pressing the Upper button.
- To continue, press the Lower button to get to the Save screen.
- To save your log, press the Lower button. If you changed your mind, press the Upper button.
- Press the Lower Button to save your log.
Note: You can also log specific food items through the iFit app.
