Logging Calories on the iFit Duo


  1. From the Date/Time Screen Press and HOLD the Upper button for 3 seconds. From here, you can add Calories in increments of +50 up to a total of 2000 calories by pressing the Upper button.
  2. To continue, press the Lower button to get to the Save screen.
  3. To save your log, press the Lower button. If you changed your mind, press the Upper button.
  4. Press the Lower Button to save your log.

Note: You can also log specific food items through the iFit app.
