WHAT IS TODAY'S PLAN?
Today's Plan is available for both free and premium iFit users. As a free user, Today's Plan provides you with what you have left to do today to reach your daily goals for exercise, activity, nutrition, and sleep. An optional, paid iFit Coach Membership is for users who want personalized daily workout recommendations, access to interactive workouts, an intelligent meal plan, and actionable tips for activity and sleep.
WHAT ARE PERSONALIZED DAILY WORKOUT RECOMMENDATIONS?
With a Premium Membership, you'll receive three workout recommendations that each satisfy your workout calorie burn goal every day. Your workout recommendations will change daily based on a number of factors, including your daily activity, workout calorie burn goal, and workout preferences. To improve your recommendations, adjust your workout preferences in your fitness plan settings.
On non-workout days, your workout calorie burn goal is 0. You'll receive optional, active recovery workout recommendations on non-workout days that you can complete if you want.

WHAT ARE RECOMMENDED CALORIE TARGETS FOR MEALS?
With an iFit Coach Membership. You'll receive a daily, personalized meal plan, including calorie targets for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Your meal plan will adapt throughout the day based on your food logged and recent activity data collected by iFit. It's also designed to help you stay on track to accomplishing your unique weight goal, whether that's to lose, gain, or maintain your weight.

HOW DO I VIEW MORE DETAILS ABOUT MY DAILY PROGRESS?
To view more information about your activity, exercise, nutrition, and sleep, simply tap stat icon in the desired section on "Today's Plan" from your "Home" screen.
CAN I USE TODAY'S PLAN WITHOUT AN IFIT CONNECTED DEVICE?
You can use Today's Plan without any connected hardware, but for the best possible experience, we recommend connecting an iFit tracker or other iFit hardware. If you do not have a device that automatically collects your data, you can manually log your activity, nutrition, and sleep data in the app or on iFit.com.
