In the iFit Coach app, meal recommendations are only available with a Premium membership. As a Premium iFit member, you'll receive a detailed meal plan every day, including recommended calorie targets for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. We'll adapt your meal plan each day based on a number of factors, including your actual food eaten, nutrition goal, exercise, and daily activity.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEAL PLAN?
- From "Today's Plan" on your "Home" screen, tap the green "Nutrition" section.
- The section will expand and you can view the recommended calorie intake for each meal of the day.
HOW DO I LOG CALORIES FOR A MEAL?
- From "Today's Plan" on your "Home" screen, tap the green "Nutrition" section.
- Next to the meal or snack you want to log, tap the clipboard icon on the right-hand side.
- If desired, adjust the calories consumed, meal type, and date.
- Tap the check mark in the top right corner to save.
HOW DO I SET OR CHANGE MY CALORIE INTAKE GOAL?
- From the app menu, tap the "Settings" gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Goal Settings" from the list.
- Select "Weight Goals" and the tab will expand.
- Tap the pencil in the top right corner of the "Nutrition Goal" card.
- Drag the slider to set your desired calorie intake goal.
- Tap save at the bottom of the screen to save your goal.
