How do I change the incline or speed in a workout?
During a workout, slide the left lever to adjust your incline and the right lever to adjust your speed. Keep in mind, this will override the trainer’s settings, so you will have to manually adjust your speed, incline, or both for the rest of the workout, unless you return to the trainer's settings. To go back to the trainer's settings, simply tap the Follow Workout button.

How do I favorite a workout?
Select a workout, then tap the heart in the top right corner to save it to your favorites. To view all of your favorite workouts, tap the My Favorites card from the dashboard.

What should I do if my console won't update automatically?
On your machine, go to Settings > Maintenance > Update. If there is an update available, select that option to start the update. If you're having frequent issues, make sure your WiFi router is within 30 feet of your machine. It also helps to unplug your machine from the wall after each use.

What should I do if my machine stops working after an update?
Make sure your WiFi router is within 30 feet of your machine, as it might not be getting enough signal to launch. If you're still having issues, perform a full power cycle by removing the safety key, turning off the power switch, and unplugging the machine from the wall for about 3–5 minutes. The console should reboot and launch to the main screen. If the issue persists, please contact support.

What should I do if my machine won't allow me to log in?
If you are experiencing login issues, check to see if you can log in on the website. If you are experiencing the same login issues, try changing your password.

If you can log in on the website but not on your machine, go back to your machine and continue without logging in. Then go to Settings > Maintenance > Reset App Data. During this process, it is very important that you select the correct time zone. If the time zone is incorrect, your machine will not allow you to log in.
