How do I stop my membership from automatically renewing?


Your iFit membership is always set to auto-renew on the date of your next payment. If your billing frequency is monthly, your membership will automatically renew each month on the date of your initial payment. If your billing frequency is yearly, your membership will renew one year after the date of your initial payment. To learn how to view your auto-renewal date, click here.

To avoid auto-renewals on your account, you can end your benefits through your settings on our website or unsubscribe from the app through your device settings. Once you end your benefits, you will be able to use your membership until the date that your next payment is due.

Note: Once you end your benefits, your statistics and workouts history will still remain on file. To continue using your benefits, you will have to re-submit a payment.

If you joined iFit Coach via our website or the purchase of your equipment, you can end your benefits through iFit.com.

  1. To end your benefits, go to iFit.com and log in.
  2. Hover over your name in the top, right corner, then click Settings.
  3. In the left-hand column, click Membership Plan.
  4. There, you will see your membership type, secondary users, and options to extend your membership. Go to the bottom and click “End Benefits.”
  5. Click “Continue to End Benefits.” Please provide a reason as to why you’re ending your membership, this will help us improve iFit.  
  6. Click “Continue to End Benefits” and your membership will be cancelled when your next payment is due.

NOTE: If you purchased your membership through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel your membership through your phone settings. This includes the iFit Smart Cardio app and the iFit Coach app.  

Cancel on an Apple device:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
  5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
  6. Tap Subscriptions.
  7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
  8. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  9. Tap Confirm when asked if you want to cancel your subscription. Your membership will be cancelled when the next payment is due.

Cancel on an Android device:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  5. Your membership will be cancelled when the next payment is due.
