When you are communicating with our iFit Support team, you may be asked to share your Software, Firmware, or Brainboard versions on your Cardio app so that we can better assist you. Here’s how you can access them.
1. Login to your Cardio app using your iFit username and password
2. Tap your name in the upper, left-hand corner of the dashboard
3. From the menu, select “Settings”
4. Then, select “Equipment Info”
5. From there, you can select “App Info” and view your versions
