iFIT Nutrition Subscription FAQs

How does the subscription work?
You'll be billed once a month and receive one shipment every month. Each shipment includes two bags.

When will I be billed?
You'll be billed when you sign up, then once every 30 days.

Can I skip a month of shipments if I haven't finished my supply yet?
Yes! You can always choose to skip a month. Simply log in to your account and adjust your settings.

Can I cancel my subscription? 
Yes, of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription from your settings. If you'd rather slow your shipments without canceling, you can also choose to skip a month.

What's your return policy? 
If you decide you don't love iFIT Nutrition within 30 days, we'll refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). Don't worry about shipping it back to us—it's yours to enjoy! Keep in mind that our refund policy only applies to the first month of your subscription.
