Adjust Your Speed and Incline During a Workout

If at any time you need to manually adjust your speed or incline during a workout, simply use the levers on the left and right sides of your screen. Slide the left lever to adjust your incline and the right lever to adjust your speed.

Keep in mind, this will override the trainer’s settings, so you will have to manually adjust your speed, incline, or both for the rest of the workout, unless you return to the trainer’s original settings. To do that, simply tap Follow Workout in the bottom left corner of your screen.
