How do I log workouts, calories, sleep, and weight?

How do I change my goals? 
In the app, go to Settings > Goal Settings. Then update your weight, activity, and sleep goals accordingly. Keep in mind, changing your goals will change your workout recommendations and calorie targets.

How do I update my fitness plan settings?
If you need to change something like your preferred workout time or daily activity level, go to Settings > Fitness Plan Settings, then update your preferences from there.

Does the iFit Coach app work with fitness equipment?
No, the iFit Coach app only syncs with iFit wearables. It will not connect to your fitness equipment.

How do I edit my calendar settings?

Can I use the app without a wearable? 
Yes, but you will have to manually enter any data that your wearable would normally track.

Can I use the app with a non-iFit wearable?
No, the app is only compatible with iFit wearables.

What should I do if I can't get my wearable to sync with the app. 
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your wearable and phone. If you're still having issues, delete the app and reinstall it.

How do I edit my personal information?
If you need to change things like your name or birthdate, go to Settings > User Profile.
