iFit Coach Subscription FAQs


What is iFit Coach, and what do I get with a subscription? 
iFit Coach is an interactive training platform that delivers beautiful global workouts, high-energy studio classes, and the best personal trainers right to your machine. With every workout, you'll receive world-class coaching from start to finish in destination locations like Australia, Italy, Bora Bora, Antarctica, and more. It's a fitness experience unlike anything else.

Where can I get equipment that works with my iFit Coach subscription?
iFit is only available on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion fitness equipment. You can buy equipment from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Rebel Sports, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sam’s Club, and FNAC. You can also purchase directly from NordicTrack, ProForm, or FreeMotion. 

Do I need an iFit Coach subscription to use my machine?
No, you can still use your machine in manual mode and also run a small selection of onboard workouts. However, you will need a paid subscription to access iFit's full workout library.

How much does iFit Coach cost?
It depends on the plan and your preferred billing frequency. There are three options: a Yearly Family Plan for $396/yr, a Monthly Family Plan for $39/mo, and a Yearly Individual Plan for $180/yr. 

Am I tied to a contract? 
We only require a one-year commitment for the Monthly Family Plan. 

How many extra users do I get with my account? Do they have access to all the same features? 
With an iFit Coach Family subscription, you can add up to four secondary users (five total users) to your account, and each user will have access to all of the same features you do. However, their login info, workouts, statistics, and goals will be separate from your account and any other secondary account. You will not be able to add secondary users if you have an Individual Plan.

Is iFit Coach available on iOS and Android?
Yes!

Is iFit available with Apple Health Kit or Google Health Kit?
No, not at this time.

Can I cancel my subscription? 
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply sign in to your account, go to your settings, then cancel from there.

Can I log in to iFit on multiple pieces of equipment at the same time?
Yes! You can log in to iFit on as many pieces of equipment as you’d like.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
Sign in to your account, go to your settings, then make any changes you'd like.
