Schedule a workout

Currently, the only way to schedule a workout (or series) is by logging in to your account online and scheduling it from the Library. However, not all of our new content is accessible this way. If you can’t find a particular program, you can browse our master program list that provides links to our newer content. We are working on a way to make scheduling available on your machine and through the app!

To schedule a program, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over Menu at the top, then click Libraryfrom the list.
  3. From there, click View All next to a category name to browse all available programs within that category. Refer to the equipment icons to knowwhich type of equipment each program is built for.  
  4. Once you find a program that you’re interested in, click Join.
  5. A pop-up will appear for you to schedule the date that you want to start the program. After you’ve picked a date, click Join. Ifyou don’t select a date, the program will automatically schedule starting on the next available day.

If you’re using the master program list, simply click on the link to the program you’re interested in, then click Join to schedule. 


Explore the library

Our online workout library contains over 100 specialty fitness programs in the following categories: Running, Cycling, General Fitness (incline training, elliptical, and walking workouts), Jillian Michaels, Event Training, and Video. Keep in mind, not all of our newer content that you may find on the app or your machine is available online. 

To view workouts on the app or your machine, simply tap Browse from the bottom of your screen to view available content. 


Access your calendar 

To view your calendar online, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over Menu at the top, then click Schedule from the list.
  3. Select Calendar View to view your workout schedule. 

To view your calendar via the app or on your machine, tap Calendar from the bottom of your screen to view upcoming workouts. 


 Start a workout

There are four ways to start a workout:

  1. Tap Start on the first workout that displays on your Home screen. This could be a workout you've scheduled, the next workout in a series you've started, or a featured workout. 
  2. Swipe left on your Home screen to view other featured workouts. Once you’ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap Start.
  3. Tap Browse at the bottom of your screen to view the complete workout library. Once you’ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap Start.
  4. Tap Manual Start in the top, right corner of your Home screen to start your own workout.
