Reward Series Emails FAQ


What are the Reward Series emails?
They are motivational emails designed to encourage our treadmill, elliptical, and bike users to participate in different workout programs. We send out a monthly reward to those who complete the featured program.

When are the emails sent?
Once a month, after the previous Reward Series entry deadline has ended.

When is my reward mailed out?
Your reward is mailed 2–3 weeks after filling out the form. If you do not receive yours within 30 days, please contact social@ifit.com.

Are rewards sent for any workout series I complete?
No. You’ll only receive a reward for completing the series that’s featured in the monthly email.

Why am I being asked to renew?
If you receive an email that mentions “Renew to claim your reward,” this means that your membership has expired. In order to participate in the series, you will need to renew your membership first, as this feature is only available with an Individual or Family membership.

If you click on the link to renew from the email, you will automatically be redirected to the program page where you can then join the series.

Who currently receives these emails?
We send these out to treadmill, elliptical, and bike users. Due to GDPR and other email regulations, we can only send these emails to users that meet all three of these criteria points: 

1. Subscribed to receive marketing communications from iFit
2. Resides in the U.S.
3. Country is selected in account settings

To ensure these emails don’t get sent to your spam or junk folder, please add us to your Safe Senders List.

If you meet the above criteria and still have not received any emails or did not receive your reward, please email us at social@ifit.com so we can look into the issue.
