Billing and Membership Plan 


Learn how to make adjustments to your plan, including billing frequency, pausing your membership, and more. Keep your billing information up to date to ensure that there is no interruption to your iFit workouts at any point.

Update your billing information

Update your billing information

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select BILLING.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select which edits (i.e. billing address, payment method) you would like to make.

Upgrade or extend your iFit membership

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select the blue button that reads UPGRADE or EXTEND MEMBERSHIP.

Pause your iFit membership

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select PAUSE MEMBERSHIP.

Change your billing frequency 

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS  from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select ADJUST MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 5: From the pop-up screen that appears, select MODIFY BILLING FREQUENCY.

Downgrade membership access

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select ADJUST MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 5: From the pop-up screen that appears, select DOWNGRADE MEMBERSHIP. 

Discontinue access

Step 1: Log in to your iFit account on iFit.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select END BENEFITS.

Step 5: At the bottom of the page, select CONTINUE TO END BENEFITS.

Step 6: From the options box in the center of the page, select your reason for ending your membership, then select CONTINUE TO END BENEFITS.
