Billing and Membership Plan 


Learn how to make adjustments to your plan, including billing frequency, pausing your membership, and more. Keep your billing information up to date to ensure that there is no interruption to your iFIT workouts at any point.

 

Update your billing information

Upgrade or extend your iFIT membership

Pause your iFIT membership 

Downgrade membership access

Discontinue access

 

Update your billing information:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select BILLING.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select which edits (i.e. billing address, payment method) you would like to make.

Upgrade your iFIT membership:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP.

Step 5: Select UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP. 

Step 6: You’ll be redirected to the membership plan selection page to choose your new membership type.

Extend your iFIT membership:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP.

Step 5: Select the blue EXTEND NOW button. 

Step 6: You’ll be redirected to the membership plan selection page to extend your membership.

Pause your iFIT membership:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP.

Step 5: Select PAUSE MEMBERSHIP.

Step 6: Choose the length of your pause, then select PAUSE NOW.

Downgrade membership access:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP.

Step 5: You’ll be redirected to the membership plan selection page to choose a membership type.

Discontinue access:

Step 1: Log in to your iFIT account on iFIT.com. 

Step 2: Select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu under your username.

Step 3: From the menu bar on the left, select MEMBERSHIP PLAN.

Step 4: From the options box in the center of the page, select MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP.

Step 5: Select END MEMBERSHIP.

Step 6: Choose to VIEW PRICING OPTIONS or END MEMBERSHIP.

Step 7: Choose to PAUSE NOW or END MEMBERSHIP.
