Accessing interior storage

The Vault possesses a freestanding interior storage system for storing equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, yoga, pilates, strength training accessories, and more. Slide the 60” mirror front to access interior storage.

Finding workouts

Use search and filter to discover workouts that align with whatever suits your mood. Search by trainer, target area, and more.

To find workouts on your machine: 

  1. On the 32” Smart HD Touchscreen, tap BROWSE on the menu bar. 
  2. On the page that appears, you will see all of the offerings in the iFit Library that pertain to your machine type or that can be completed independently from your equipment (yoga, pilates, HIIT, bodyweight routines, etc.). 
  3. To filter the workouts in the iFit Library, tap the oblong button that appears on your screen. 
  4. Using the bar that appears, select your desired filters. From the dropdown menu, refine your search further if you wish. Once you are satisfied with your filters, tap APPLY. A results page with workouts that fit your criteria will appear.

Starting a workout

To start a workout on your machine: 

  1. Tap on the workout you’d like to complete.
  2. Tap START WORKOUT.
  3. Read the disclaimer that appears, then tap ACCEPT.

Scheduling a workout or program

Scheduling workouts can help you simplify working out. Pre-scheduled workouts will automatically appear when you turn on your machine or open the app, making it easy for you to get moving and make the most of your workout time.  

To schedule a workout on your machine: 

  1. Tap on any workout card. 
  2. In the upper right, you will see a white outline of a calendar page with a plus sign embedded, along with the world SCHEDULE. Tap the calendar to schedule that workout.
  3. In the calendar that appears, select the day you would like to complete the workout. 

Viewing workout or program details

Learn more about your selected workout by viewing a brief overview of the routine. The overview will also include information about the trainer, member ratings, and a list of additional equipment required to complete the workout. 

  • Tap on any workout card to enlarge it. 
  • View workout details on the right-hand side of your screen.

Favoriting workouts

Favoriting a workout allows you to access it in the future easily. Your favorite workouts are prioritized in the top row of the iFit Library.

To favorite a workout on your machine: 

  1. Navigate to the iFit Library on the home screen or access it via the BROWSE icon on the bottom navigation bar. 
  2. In the upper, right corner of every workout, you'll see the white outline of a heart. Tap the heart to favorite a workout. When the heart icon is filled in, it has been successfully favorited.

To access favorited workouts:

  • Tap BROWSE to be directed to the iFit Library. On the top row of the screen is where you will see any iFit workouts or series that you have previously favorited.

Pausing a workout

You can pause a workout for ten minutes. Once you have paused a workout, a countdown timer will track the time remaining until the workout automatically restarts. Please note that you cannot end a workout early and pick up where you left off later. Using the pause button is the only way to stop your workout and resume where you left off.

To pause a workout on your machine: 

  1. When in a workout, tap anywhere on the screen.
  2. Tap the white circle that reads PAUSE.

Adjusting the volume

You can adjust the master, trainer, or music volume at any time.

To adjust trainer and music volume on your machine:

  1. Tap anywhere on the screen.
  2. Tap the icon in the upper right-hand corner that looks like three horizontal, stacked lines.
  3. Use the sliders to adjust the master, trainer, or music volume. 

Viewing workout stats

You can view stats related to your resistance, workout duration, calories burned, and more.

To view workout stats on your machine:

  1. Tap the white plus sign that is embedded in a white circle, located at the center bottom of your screen. 
  2. In the white footer that appears, select STATS.
  3. Tap on each stat to cycle through related stats.

Ending a workout

To end a workout on your machine: 

  1. While in a workout, tap anywhere on the screen.
  2. Tap the white circle that reads PAUSE.
  3. Tap the blue circle with the embedded white square to end your workout.
