iFit Membership Credit

Membership Credit is a reserve of remaining iFit subscription time that can be applied and used after an iFit subscription managed by Amazon is canceled and expires. This allows members to keep any remaining time from their current membership managed by iFit as a Membership Credit, while their iFit subscription managed by Amazon is active.

Activating a new membership through Amazon will move the time remaining in your current subscription into your iFit Membership Credit.

You can log in to your iFit account and view your remaining credit at any time. Here’s how to access your credit:

  1. Log in to your iFit account at iFit.com.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Go to Membership plan.

To use Membership Credit after an iFit subscription through Amazon is canceled and expired, you will need to apply your credit in your Membership plan.

Please be aware that your credit will expire if it’s not applied within a year of the expiration date from your third-party subscription.
